I remember feeling like I was drowning in a sea of uncertainty and information overload the first time I heard the terms dyslexia and learning disability being used by my child’s teacher.  I also remember feeling the same way with my first dyslexic student.  I hope to raise awareness of these issues and show you where to find help so you won’t feel as overwhelmed as I did.  There are a lot of great resources out there and some not so great information too.
